A motivated person is needed to lead a small multicultural team in an Albanian city. This person would give vision and guidance to team members and their ministries, network with local churches and be involved with their own ministry.

Requirements:

-previous leadership experience

-good people skills and the ability to motivate

-basic computer skills

-able to balance home and ministry life

-willingness to learn Albanian

-flexibility and sensitivity to work with and in another culture

-spiritually mature

The Team Leader works under the direction of the Field Leader and meets regularly with the other Team Leaders in Albania.
