Are you a professional counsellor? Do you have a strong desire to use your counselling gifts to assist the Body of Christ in a missions context? Do you feel led by God to reach out to Muslims?

Kosovo is a country filled with the repercussions of genocide and war. Though the war has been over for nearly 15 years, many people here are still dealing with the effects of the trauma and suffering they experienced during that time. OM Kosovo is looking for professional counsellors who want to work with both the missionaries and local churches using their training and talents. This is a multi-faceted role. It involves supporting missionaries and local staff who work with women and children who come out of domestic violence and trafficking. It also involves assisting the local Christian community in various ways all while remaining biblically-focused.

Requirements:

- Passion to see God transforming people emotionally and spiritually

- Professional training in counselling with a Biblical focus

- Love for people in all walks of life

- Desire to support missionaries and build up the local church

- Willingness to intensively learn Albanian

- Ability to work with a team
