Do you have a passion to see a small group of believers growing in their faith and impacting their community? Then take the challenge and join the OM Team in Polican to give direction and vision to both the team and the church.

-A single or married man

The small town of Polican (4 hours from the capital Tirana) with 7000 residents holds a high percentage of unemployment. The town people are very friendly and hospitable and there is a real sense of community.

The local church was started by OM 17 years ago and was handed onto local Albanian leaders.

The church was later closed for two years and then reopened by the current OM-Team in 2011. There is now a core of about 10 Albanians with a varying level of maturity in their faith and commitment who meet for Sunday service. You are needed not only to take the church forward, engage with the local community but also to do some practical maintenance of the church building.
