Join our international team of 400 people from 50 different nationalities. Being part of the on board community you will receive personal input through daily team devotions and other ship events as well as the opportunity to experience the culture of the international crew and staff and the countries the ship visits.

Working with the Maintenance Team on board you will be responsible for:

- General upkeep & repair of the ships accommodation systems, panels, doors, locks, fittings etc

- Construction of new accommodation spaces and some dis/re-assembly of accommodation spaces as required.

- Working under the leadership of the vessel’s Accommodation Services Engineering Officer.

Job Requirement:

- You are able to communicate in English.

- You have training, qualifications & experience as a carpenter, preferably with cabinet-making/joinery, and in some leadership capacity.

- You should be able to work independently with a range of power & hand tools.

- You will enjoy working with your hands for long periods of time standing up or in uncomfortable positions in a hectic and noisy environment.

- Expect and be willing to work overtime if necessary.

- You have the ability to work with a small team and contribute to the overall project goals regarding personal and environmental safety, efficiency and quality.

On the job training will be provided as needed.
