Are you passionate about sharing Christ’s love with children? Do you want to see God transforming the hearts and lives of Kosovar children? Are you excited at the thought of developing ministries for children in a place that has very little of this work existing already?

There is a great need for children’s workers in the Dukagjini Region of Kosova. This country has one of the largest youth populations in Europe and is lacking creative outreaches to engage children as they grow up in this recently formed nation. Kosovar culture is in transition and these children are living in unique time in its history—a time where traditional culture, Muslim radicalism and western secularism are battling for their hearts and minds. They desperately need God’s transforming hope for the future.

Come and raise up the next generation of Kosovo by reaching them with the good news of Christ.

Requirements:

- A love for children and experience in children’s work

- Desire to join with existing children’s ministries in local churches as well as creatively pioneer new children’s ministries

- Interest in working with children who come out of a background of domestic violence

- Ability to work on a team

- Willingness to intensively learn Albanian

- A heart for Muslims

- A strong desire to share Christ’s love with people
