Administrative Director

We are looking for a person with administrative qualities that include the ability to work well with people in a cross-cultural setting and to perform well as a "multi-tasker." The role would include delegating, encouraging and following up with people ensuring that they have all the resources necessary for them to do their jobs.

Be ready to work with national level partner organizations such as Wycliffe Benin and Wycliffe Togo, as well as local level associations! Knowledge of French is required.



- Supervision/management of finance, IT and center staff

- Establishing new procedures and updating those in place

- Budget: establish, manage and follow up

- May serve as Acting Director in the absence of the Director


Special skills needed: (Essential) Self-motivated personality. Excellent Christian Testimony.

(Desirable) Experience working in a cross-cultural context. Relevant experience and/or qualification.
