Teaching and Training Facilitator (Kosovo)

Does teaching the Bible and training others to lead the Body of Christ interest you? Do you have a passion for empowering others to use their God-given gifts for the benefit of the church? Is the idea of working in a majority Muslim country exciting to you?

The OM team in the Dukagjini region of Kosovo is looking for someone who is interested in training and facilitating resources to develop leadership in a fairly young church. In most regions of Kosovo, the church is either non-existent or in the beginning stages of growth. This means that there is an enormous need to identify and train up local believers as church leaders. We are looking for a person who will be involved in the creation of a system of training, in cooperation with local believers, that can be used to equip locals in leading churches, resulting in self-sustainable and reproducible churches.
