YWAM Worcester is an International Christian Community, called to develop and train people from all backgrounds, releasing them to passionately represent Christ across Africa and the World.

We are about 120 full time volunteer staff and 300-400 students go through our training programs each year.

For our Personnel we are in need of a passionate Human Resource Officer. You are an initiative person with a passion for people and some administrative skills, willing to join us for at least 2-3 years as a volunteer? Get in contact with us!

Your job will be to communicate with existing volunteer staff and handling the application process of potential new volunteers from all over the world. Communication will all happen in English.

There's great potential for you to initiate new systems, be creative and develop an office of excellence.

If you haven't done a YWAM Discipleship Training School yet, it will be great to do yours at our base, so you can get to know us and our values immediately.

A YWAM DTS is a pre-requisite, you don't have to do it at our base though.
