Our vision is to reach people throughout this particular Country (more information on a personnel level) We are especially concerned about youth under 30: 40% of them are currently unemployed.
Responsibilities: There is no job description because ideas for business are limitless. We are looking for many people who will train in-country for 1.5-2 years. During that time they will study the culture and society, and then create their business and ministry plans as they learn language and culture and train in a team setting. Upon completion of this program they will raise start-up capital and embark on a journey that will see them start a Business. All trainees will study language and culture for one year. The rest of their training will be tailored according to their needs.
