THAILAND - Volleyball Coaches' Trainer

Your role, as a volleyball coache's trainer, will be to provide coach training and develop a sports ministry model to support effective volleyball sports ministry programs in the country.

 

To begin, you'll need to focus on defining a clear, ambitious and inspiring vision, aligned with sport and community development goals. This vision will guide your actions and those of the local coaches and managers involved in the program.

 

Next, you'll tackle coach training and instruction, creating detailed training materials and resources tailored to various skill levels to ensure standardized practices and a consistent approach across the country.

 

Your job will also be to develop adaptable sports ministry models, taking into account local realities and the specific needs of communities. The involvement of local leaders will be essential to understand the unique challenges and opportunities of each region.

 

In parallel, you will work closely with local churches and church planting movements to establish sustainable sports programs that are rooted in communities and accessible to all, especially girls.

 

 

Requirements :

 

- Previous experience in sports leadership and volleyball coaching is essential.

 

- Previous experience in league development and sports camp ministries may also be helpful but is not required.

 

- Expertise primarily sought in volleyball, though experience and qualification in coaching other sports is also beneficial.

 

- Prior experience of working in girls or women’s sport or ministry would also be very helpful.
