Strategy Coordinator in Mexico (Ref. L1312049)

Job Summary

The role of the Strategy Coordinator is to work in coordination with the Executive Director to help direct “Project Nehemiah Challenge” by building strategic networks and providing coaching and training to leaders, organizations and churches. “Project Nehemiah Challenge” seeks to equip existing churches to become agents of change in their urban poor communities via coaching and training in five core areas: training in holistic theology; servant leadership development; emotional health; community organizing & development; and church planting. To achieve these goals, the Strategy Coordinator’s job will be primarily four-fold:

  • help grow the visibility of ConeXión Mosaico through networking and by helping build strategic connections with church bodies that share affinity in our pursuit of holistic transformation of urban Slums
  • help direct Project Nehemiah Challenge
  • provide coaching and training to leaders, organizations and churches interested in holistically impacting their urban poor communities
  • assist in the development of a Center for Transforming Mission and a broad-based coalition for integral mission.
