Human Resources Administrator - OM Austria

As Human Resources Administrator, you work within the Supporting Service Division of OM Austria. Your task is to maintain payroll, benefits, and personnel details for the staff of OM Austria and our workers abroad which are employed through us.

An essential support role, enabling and releasing others to fulfill OM’s purpose - transforming lives and communities with the Gospel.

 

Requirements:

- excellent administrative skills

- the ability to handle multiple tasks with detail and accuracy

- a service-oriented attitude and are responsive to the needs of our staff

- experience in personnel/HR and payroll work

- the ability to perform accurate basic math calculations

- a good level of English and German language
