Would you like the unique opportunity to get alongside ladies in South Asia to train and empower them?

We run a number of computer and vocational training programs for young women. These mainly run in rural town settings and give opportunities for young women to learn skills that will not only improve their employment prospects but also give them worth, value and dignity in society.

The coordinator would be responsible for overseeing these programs and shaping the future direction of the courses.

The coordinator would work alongside the local teams who are doing the training.

You will make lots of local relationships and share your life with people – so, only friendly people apply!

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or equivalent

-Willingness to work with a local team

-Ability to run and coordinate courses and good interpersonal skills

-Learning the Bengali language is essential but you can learn from scratch.
