Contribution to Strategy: SIM Bolivia is involved in leadership development at a number of different levels. CCS
(Link Website: www.carachipampa.org) provides important support for missionary parents involved in fulfilling the ministry vision of SIM Bolivia. Other mission organisations working in Bolivia (Cochabamba) also benefit from this education support for their MKs. One of the groups that SIM Bolivia is focussing on as a ministry area is youth or young people. CCS provides many opportunities to evangelize and disciple Bolivian youth (students) enrolled at the school.
Ministry: EE- Primary/Elementary Teaching
Responsibilities: Teacher of Music (Grades K-12) = choral, instrumental, Christmas programme and end of year events.
Ministry 2: ES- Secondary/Middle/High School Teaching
Other Ministry Possibilities: According to gifting and interests, as time allows.
