WEC runs an English program for new workers, especially for the ones who have finished the Long-term preparation course :)

Was für eine Chance/Privileg: to serve these people in their preparation for their ministry among the unreached!

"The English program is run every year, usually from August to December, but sometimes also from March to July.

In the afternoon (14:00-17:00) the teacher has time to prepare the classes and to help with practical work at the base. Weekends are free."

Requirements:

As Brazil is basically a monolingual culture the applicant should be willing to learn some Portuguese just to get by so he/she can go to the supermarket, drugstore, use an uber, got to the cinema, etc. by themselves.

Teaching English is one aspect of the ministry. Of course, you will also get an insight into all other areas of our base and work there.
