SIM Nigeria is looking for a director to provide strategic direction and leadership for the SIM Nigeria team.

The Director of SIM Nigeria works within the leadership framework of SIM International. The Director encourages, guides, and manages the SIM Nigeria team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and responsibilities as outlined by SIM International.

This position is for a minimum duration of 5 years and/or more.

SIM Nigeria’s team is culturally diverse with around 60 families based in several key locations in Nigeria. Its two strategic foci are: 1) reaching the least-reached communities with the gospel, emphasizing Muslim evangelism, nomadic groups and marginalized communities and 2) discipling and equipping the Church through theological education, youth ministry, and convert care. Long- and short-term opportunities are abundant, including medical work, urban outreach, children ministries and ministry to the marginalized and vulnerable populations.

Requirements:

- Degree required for visa purposes

- Speaking English
