Your role will be to lead and manage personnel recruitment and deployment. You will resource ministries with the right people, communicate with sending offices, and promote the development and care of SIM personnel and their families.
Skills/Passions/Gifts:
• Speaking English and/or French
• Training in HR is ideal
• Good communication skills
• Must be organized
