SIM Paraguay is looking for a person to maintain and manage their properties. The assignment is for 4 months and can be extended for a long-term assignment.

SIM Paraguay is looking for a Maintenance Worker to oversee the work carried out by external service providers and manage SIM's properties in the capital and in the interior of the country.

The position involves hands-on tasks in the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, including the SIM Paraguay Guest House, the Conference and Care Center (MCCC) and other SIM-owned properties. You will also be responsible for supervising the work carried out by external workers and for the day-to-day maintenance of the facilities.

Your duties may also include managing bookings for the guest house and conference center to ensure that SIM's assignees have a quality environment in which to relax and recharge their batteries.

Skills/Passions/Gifts:
