SIM South Sudan is looking for a personnel coordinator to provide leadership and management of personnel and mobilisation in South Sudan.

Your role will involve managing personnel (both pre-field and on-field) and refining strategies to mobilize envoys to SIM South Sudan's various ministries.

You will also care for, and develop our envoys and staff. Ensuring compliance with SIM policies, principles, and practices is essential. Additionally, you will liaise with new inquiries and coordinate with sending entities.

NB : The duration of the engagement is to be agreed with SIM.
