Sahel Academy (Niamey) is looking for an HR Manager to recruit and manage staff in the school for a minimum of 6 months.

This role includes fostering teamwork, assisting staff with documentation, and supporting certification requirements. The HR Manager will play a vital role in building a positive, collaborative work environment at the school, which serves a diverse team of envoys and local educators from six nationalities.

Skills/Passions/Gifts:

- a degree in HR or education would be helpful, but not required

- Experience in administration, HR or education

- Speaking English and French
