Assistant to the Field Manager

 

Main Responsibilities

 

• Work closely with national staff pursuing their development within the organization

• Hire and dismiss staff as necessary

• Establish and continue good relations with the appropriate government officials and ministries in close coordination with

the staff

• Oversee the submission of protocols and reports for approval and response to requests from government ministries

• Establish and continue good relations with the appropriate non-governmental partners

• Maintain close regular coordination with SIL country leader

• Maintain office facility in top working condition

• Submit financial and operation reports as required

• Personal relationship with Jesus Christ

• Team-mindset, resilience and ability to work without close supervision

• Management training or equivalent experience

• (Desirable) Experience working in an inter-cultural context

 

Minimum age: 20

Duration: 2 years or more
