Contribution to Strategy: Discipleship is a strategic need in the Bolivian Church and part of both SIM Bolivia and the UCE's strategic focus.
Responsibilities: The UCE denomination does not ordain women, yet women play an important role in the church serving as church leaders. It is important that the women have discipleship and mentoring by another woman. Attending the women's meetings and building relationships with the ladies will strengthen not only the missionary in the areas of langage and culture, but will help the women to trust her and share their concerns.
