Antenna Maintenance Specialist
Properly maintaining antenna systems and other equipment needed to operate a 500 kW Medium Wave (AM) radio station. Monitor condition of antenna and related systems for deterioration or other threats. Project possible failures, develop risk mitigation plan, and coordinate maintenance. Could include regular inspection of towers, anchors, Phylistran guys, painting, re-tensioning, lighting, and repairing or replacing braces in accordance with best engineering and safety practices.
