Operations Manager

Main Responsibilities
• Assisting Field Leader
• Planning, budgeting & establishing standards
• Record-keeping and reporting
• Interacting with nationals and expatriates

What you’ll need
• Personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• A church that stands behind you
• Team-mindset, resilience and ability to work without close supervision
• Business management experience preferred
• Understands and respects multicultural management issues
• (Desirable) Experience or desire to work in an inter-cultural context
Minimum age: 18
Duration: 2 years or more
